Shamal Group Limited (Shamal) and Hillside School (Hillside) are excited to be able to offer a candidate a new role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within their Educational team. The successful candidate will form part of the delivery of a new and sector-leading Special Education Needs school within the country.

Shamal brings together sector leading personnel to deliver projects across the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East. Operating from their offices in Abu Dhabi, Shamal is currently in the process of developing a Special Education Needs school, which will tie in with the brand and ethos of Hillside School. Shamal aims to work closely with Hillside

This role is to aid the Education Team in the project management and delivery of the SEN school in Abu Dhabi. Key responsibilities of this position are to develop policies and curriculum documentation within the framework of the local educational, regulatory board. The successful candidate will also be required to work closely with colleagues within different project disciplines, such as construction and design, finance and legal, to develop key aspects of the project in line with the School Vision.

The closing date for applications will be Thursday, 8th February at 17:00 GMT.
Candidates shortlisted for interview will be notified by Sunday, 11th February 17:00 GMT via e-mail.

Candidates shortlisted for the first round of interviews and assessment centre will be asked to conduct an online questionnaire, which lasts approximately 40 minutes, and will be sent to their e-mail between 12th and 14th February 2018.

The first series of interviews and assessment centre will be at Hillside School, Brighton, the United Kingdom on Wednesday 21st February and will be from 09:00 - 15:30 GMT.

The final interviews for successful candidates from the first round will be on Thursday 22nd February between 09:00 - 13:00 in Brighton United Kingdom.

The expectation is that candidates will attend an interview in the United Kingdom, however provision for international candidates could be considered.  This will need to be agreed between both parties once shortlisting has taken place.
