The Health, Education and Care department is a vibrant and successful area, where high standards of practice and associated learner success is expected and achieved. Sparks Teaching Services Ltd is seeking to appoint well-qualified, committed and dynamic individuals to join our teaching team.  You will play a full role in College-related activities and be an effective team player. You will be expected to teach across a range of Health & Social Care courses, delivering high quality teaching and learning and supporting learners both in Further and Higher Education.  


Using your understanding of the field, you will ensure the achievement and success of your learners.  You will be involved in classroom teaching, tutorial work and associated organisational/administrative work in preparation and marking.  As well as producing schemes of work and lesson plans, you will be involved in moderation and student interviews. In this role you will demonstrate innovative teaching methods and excellent communication skills and an ability to motivate learners to succeed.  


You will hold a Level 3 qualification and a degree (or equivalent) in Health and Social care/Early Years/Education or a related subject.   We are prepared to offer training to help you gain a teaching qualification if you do not currently hold one.  You must have recent industry experience within a Health and Social Care/Early Years/Education setting.
