ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL – STUDENTS AND WELFARE
£69,185 per annum
WQE and Regent College Group is looking to appoint a new colleague to join the Executive Leadership Team with the vision, experience and leadership skills to support our students as they transfer to the College and to ensure their safety, retention and welfare, once enrolled.
The successful candidate will possess senior leadership experience, have extensive knowledge of the post 16 curriculum framework; experience of working with 16-19 year olds and have proven expertise and experience in the field of student support and guidance. This role will have strategic oversight of marketing, publicity and public relations activities, will oversee the work of the Academic and Learning Support provision, the Learning Resources Centres, carry out the lead manager role for promoting the safeguarding of students and the overall responsibility for equality and diversity.
