Associate SENDCo

We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an Associate SENDCo to join our successful school from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine and infectious passion for teaching young people and working with SEND pupils.

The appointed person will support the Trust Lead: SEND in establishing a positive learning culture for all pupils with additional needs. You will assume responsibility for a caseload of SEND support pupils and manage/maintain/monitor Provision Maps for learners with EHCP’s/SEND. You will also support the welfare of SEND pupils, working with families to ensure all pupils make excellent progress.

We are looking for a proactive team player who contributes to the wider life of the school and builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. You will be organised, reflective and committed to continuous professional development, upholding the school’s ethos, policies and values while ensuring high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. You will demonstrate high expectations, achievement and personal development, and be confident in using a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
