In January 2024, the school was judged Outstanding in all areas in its full Section 5 Ofsted inspection.

As an Associate Teacher at the Nishkam School West London, you will work in a pioneering group, Nishkam School Multi Academy Trust (NSMAT). NSMAT is one of the first multi-academy free school trusts in the UK. 

We are looking for a highly committed and innovative candidate to work in close collaboration with other teachers in both the secondary and primary phases across the Trust.

Nishkam Schools are Sikh schools with a multi-faith ethos, taking a distinctive approach to faith-based education. As a high performing multi-academy trust serving communities across five cities -Birmingham, West London, Wolverhampton, Leeds, Derby), Our work is grounded in a virtues led model shaped by compassion, humility, service, contentment, optimism, trust and forgiveness.   • have a strong voice in shaping the everyday practice of the school as we continue to develop and embed our ethos and routines.

Our school provide a well-resourced, purposefully designed learning environment that supports high-quality teaching and positive pupil behaviour.
