An exciting opportunity to undertake a crucial role in the Outwood Academy Valley Senior Leadership Team. As an Ofsted outstanding Academy with a track record of developing Principals of the future, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher and experienced leader (Assistant Principal or above) to improve the Academy even further. 

Outwood Academy Valley seeks applications from outstanding and ambitious practitioners who are currently working at Assistant Principal level or above and have integrity, imagination and energy for the role of Associate Vice Principal. To be successful, you will firstly need to be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is able to consistently deliver, and coach others in excellent teaching and learning practice, ensuring that this is at the heart of everything you do. Secondly, you will need to be an outstanding leader who can demonstrate that you have had a sustained and measurable impact in your current role.

Based in the middle of Worksop, a historic market town in North Nottinghamshire, Outwood Academy Valley is surrounded by beautiful countryside and has strong commuter links to Sheffield, Doncaster and Nottingham. In December 2007, this Academy was rebuilt to provide a state of the art learning environment with excellent facilities for learning.
