THE ROLE
The post of Attendance and Administration Officer at Framingham Earl High School forms part of the Business Support Department within the School. The person appointed will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of student attendance, ensuring that the school complies with statutory obligations and maintain the safety and well-being of students and staff by being designated First Aid Co-ordinator for the School. He/she will be able to work flexibly across the Business Support team, as required, to provide administrative support as directed by a member of LT and the PA to the Headteacher. The Attendance and Administration Officer will form part of the contact team for students, staff, parents, carers and visitors ensuring we deliver a first- class service.

Framlingham Earl High School, known to its community of staff and students as “Fram”, is a secondary school located in Framingham Earl, Norfolk. The school is co-educational and enrolls pupils aged 11-16.
A community sports centre was built on the school site in 2005-2006, which means that a full range of physical activities are available to students, both as part of the curriculum and as outside school activities.
The school is proud of its pastoral care, with dedicated teams supporting students in every aspect of life and extra provision available from its student ‘Buddies’, from peer mentors, a listening service and a student counsellor.
Framlingham Earl has links with schools across the world, notably in France and Malawi.
