At Poltair School, you will work in an exciting, fast-paced and highly motivated, yet supportive environment. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards for behaviour, engagement and academic outcomes. Poltair is a school steeped in history on an exponential journey of success, supported as part of Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT), a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools, with a strategic vision to ‘learn together to help every child achieve more’. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Pastoral Team, including Heads of Year, Pastoral Managers, Tutors and external agencies. The Pastoral Team have a wide range of experience and work exceptionally well together to provide effective support for all of our young people and ensure they can access their true potential.
