This unique and exciting position plays a key role in managing St Paul’s Girls’ School attendance records as well as the admissions process, alongside the Director of Admissions. The post involves crucial responsibilities, such as being the first point of contact for all attendance issues at the school, being responsible for twice daily pupil registration, responding to queries relating to both attendance and admissions, processing applications to the school, and assist in the organisation of open days and other school admissions events.
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as the ability to work with students, parents and staff alike. A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, accuracy, eye for detail, energy and organisational and time management skills are essential. Previous experience working in admissions and/or attendance would be beneficial.
