An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Attendance and Admissions Officer to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team. Waulud Primary School is a “GOOD” school and has high aspirations for all pupils and staff and provides a “nurturing and caring environment”. ABOUT THE JOB

To process pupil admissions, leavers and transfer in line with policy and procedure. 

To administer all processes associated with pupil attendance including analysis of data, ensuring attendance targets are met and maintaining records in line with statutory requirements. 

YOU WILL:

Have experience of working in a busy office environment.

Able to communicate politely and with confidence with parents, colleagues and external agencies.

Able to draft letters and reports.

Able to manage workloads to meet deadlines and changing priorities.

Able to maintain accurate records and analyse data.

Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Internet.

GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
