About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Attendance & Family Liaison Officer to work in our academy to support in the delivery of outstanding education by working with pupils and families to resolve issues of poor attendance.The post offers excellent opportunities to an outstanding candidate whose strong values are matched by E-ACT’s.The ideal applicant will be:
* Passionate about working in partnership with all stakeholders
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with adults and children
* Experienced in working with a range of external partners to achieve organisational aims
* Self-motivated, dynamic, and with a keen eye for detail
You will play a key role in developing and providing positive links between home and school to promote good attendance.
