Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a person who is ambitious, a strong communicator, an effective team player and who will contribute to our vision of an outstanding UTC, which will ensure success for all our students. The role involves a great deal of communication, both verbal and written, with a wide range of staff of the college, students and parents/carers.
The post-holder is to act as the UTC lead on all matters relating to student attendance data.
The post-holder is to work with multi-agencies, particularly with the local authority Early Help teams, Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and UTC nurse, to remove barriers that exist for parents and carers in supporting their children to achieve their full potential.
