About the role
The successful candidate will have a high degree of personal autonomy and be flexible and adaptable to the differing and complex aspects of this crucial role. The successful candidate would also have high levels of emotional intelligence able to respond positively and empathetically with a range of staff, parents, governors, students and other stakeholders.

Who we are looking for
- Knowledge of procedures for a range of administrative activities including knowledge of various IT packages equivalent to national qualifications level 2 plus operational experience of administrative systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Provide information and guidance to colleagues and service users within defined guidelines
- Establish and maintain effective and constructive relationships with pupils, parents and guardians, communicating with them as appropriate to share information, and inform them of academy business through daily contacts and written communications
- Perform any administrative duties including dealing with visitors as required using courtesy and tact
