Denham Green E-ACT Primary Academy is judged as “Good with Outstanding features” by Ofsted.  We are currently a one form entry primary school based in South Buckinghamshire with excellent public transport links from / to London and easily accessible from the M25 motorway network.   

An exciting opportunity to work in a newly created role as an Attendance and Welfare Officer within Denham Green Academy. We are looking for a dynamic member of staff to join our school team to facilitate the partnership between home, school, wider community and the local authority. 

You will play a central role in Academy life, leading on attendance and safeguarding as well as the development of high quality family support services through parental engagement, children’s support groups, and regular staff training.

You will be required to provide high quality, well planned pastoral support and guidance to pupils and families in order to promote high expectations, raise aspirations and facilitate academic progress.
