15 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 non-student days), Paid weeks 44.6
Fixed Term Contract until 21st July 2023

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Attendance Officer to undertake all administrative tasks associated with the recording, management and monitoring of attendance.
The role
The main aspects of this role are to maintain accurate attendance information and to work alongside the Attendance Officer to improve attendance levels for all pupils in Years 7 to 11 in accordance with the school’s attendance procedures.
The role will provide a link between the attendance team and the pastoral team and will involve regular communication with staff, students and parents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about school attendance, be able to build excellent relationships with pupils and their families and be able to use IT to provide attendance information to colleagues throughout the school.
