The Attendance Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to coordinate the operation of the attendance processes at our Strode’s and Windsor campuses and support curriculum administrators and leads in the administration of attendance processes at our Langley campus.

Leading on data reporting for the sixth form provision, you will ensure high quality data and making recommendations for continual improvement of quality processes.

You will also lead on staff training of attendance officers and curriculum staff on appropriate attendance monitoring processes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with a range of individuals including 16-18 and adults and the ability to confidently communicate with various stakeholders, including students and parents both verbally and in writing.

You will have strong administrative experience with high attention to detail and a proven ability to prioritise and organise your own workload effectively with a flexible approach to working practices.

Please note this role is Term Time, (41 weeks per year).
