Job overview

North Shore Academy is seeking to appoint an efficient and energetic Attendance/Cover Manager with a passion for the education of students across the whole 11 - 16 age and ability range.

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting students in an educational setting, leading the academy attendance team. Provide administrative and operational support, promote attendance strategies to improve attendance and persistent absences in line with academy targets. Responsibility to oversee cover within the academy and line manage Cover Supervisors.

Term 37 hours / 39 weeks

Our Enrichment Programme is further complemented by many trips and visits throughout the year, including a whole year group residential to an outwood bounds centre.

Ultimately, we are incredibly proud of our school and the opportunities we offer all students. We welcome visitors throughout the year and school day to see the academy at its very best.
