Salary: NJC 4, £14,182 actual (£24,404 FTE)

About the Role

Lynn Grove Academy is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Attendance Driver to join our Attendance Team. In this critical role, you will work closely with school leadership, the wider Trust, and families to help improve attendance, a key school priority. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting home visits, building relationships with families, and supporting pupils' return to school by providing transport when needed.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable pupils, ensuring they feel supported and engaged with their education.

  • Driver’s Licence: You must hold a full valid UK clean driving license and are comfortable using a school-provided vehicle to transport pupils.
