We are working with Wickerlsey Partnership Trust.  An outstanding Trust based in Rotherham.   

We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Intervention Manager to join our Attendance team. You will maintain attendance systems and develop analysis and reporting, to measure progress and achievement of agreed targets.  You will work closely with the Assistant Principal and Pastoral Team to identify and support student needs and to agree interventions for improvement of student attendance levels.

The role is key in providing a proactive approach to the management of student attendance including working with teaching staff to ensure that registration and recording systems are effective and parents / carers, relevant support / welfare services to agree strategies to improve specific student attendance. 

You will have experience of analysing data and producing detailed reporting to identify any trends or patterns for particular action.  You must be approachable, able to quickly build and establish relationships and have excellent interpersonal skills.  

Ideally you will be organised and detail orientated with the ability to work under pressure to ensure that task timescales are met.  You should have good IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.  You must be approachable, able to quickly build and establish relationships and have excellent interpersonal skills.
