We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Manager to start as soon as possible to lead a small team to maximise the attendance and punctuality of all students.
To be successful, you will have excellent administrative and organisation skills and be friendly and efficient. You must be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of school attendance management and be able to monitor and analyse student attendance data and provide accurate reports to governors, senior management and other stakeholders.
We will look to you to develop supportive relationships with families and students who have attendance issues and be confident to make same-day home visits as necessary.
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time, plus 5 days
