Outwood Grange Academies Trust are seeking to appoint an Attendance Manger/Education Welfare Officer to lead academy attendance teams and to engage students and their parents/carers where poor attendance is identified as a barrier to learning. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience of working with children and families and with other agencies is essential, preferably within an education welfare setting.
The successful applicant will be employed to work initially at Outwood Academy Hemsworth, however, this post is regional and can be deployed to work at any academy within the central region.

The purpose of this post is to fulfil our responsibility in the improvement of attendance and enhance the life chances of our students across Outwood Grange Academies Trust.
