We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Manager to join Team Millfield. This position would suit someone new to the role or an experienced Attendance Officer who is looking to work within an outstanding, collaborative and dynamic pastoral department.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic Attendance Manager who is committed to ensuring every child attends school to help them reach their full potential.

We are proud of our students; their behaviour is excellent, and they want to learn and be successful.

We would give you an induction programme, which will include exceptional support and guidance from the Deputy Headteacher, and access to regular professional development.

We are a small, happy school, in the heart of Thornton, with around 870 students on roll and have been oversubscribed for 13 years.
