Due to an internal progression, we are seeking to appoint an efficient, organised and determined Attendance Officer to analyse attendance data and work with our families to maximise student attendance in school. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the
ability to form good relationships with students, staff and families. This role will include identifying students who are absent, contacting parents/carers by telephone, in person and via home visits. You will have an eye for detail and will ensure student attendance data is up to date and accurate.

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.
Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
