We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic attendance officer to join our team at Marshland High School.

The successful candidate will work alongside key school staff to promote excellent student attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families to ensure attendance strategies are effectively implemented.

Marshland High School has an excellent reputation within the area for the care, support and excellent behaviour of our students. We are seeking an Attendance Officer to support and promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families to promote high levels of school attendance. As part of our wider team of pastoral managers, you will have a shared responsibility for dealing with safeguarding matters. You will actively develop strong working relationships between external agencies, parents, students and staff.

This is a full time, permanent position, 37 hours/week,39 weeks/year (term time +1 week)
