Led by Principal Amy Brookes, the academy places learning firmly at the heart of everything it does.

Teaching at Lynn Grove is ambitious and purposeful. Staff continually develop their practice to ensure pupils experience a high‑quality learning journey underpinned by academic rigour, resilience, and a culture of challenge and perseverance.
