Salary: £33,950.00-£37,388.00 per year

As a Behaviour Analyst you will provide leadership of one class within the school giving guidance, support and training to their teams and monitor all aspects of their work. You will also oversee the education of pupils, developing appropriate curriculum plans and behaviour strategies.

You will provide excellent Applied Behaviour Analysis instruction and training to Teaching and Learning Practitioners and to deliver the provision’s curriculum; to contribute to the development of other practitioners, students and service policies and strategies. To provide support for students, colleagues and the service in order to raise standards of achievement for all students, by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing cohorts, and to encourage students to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of students in all aspects of adult life.

We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our mission of empowering children with autism. You will be a strong team player with great communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, and above all be passionate and committed to the development of the children within the school undertaking a current course of study leading to BCaBA / BCBA (if not already obtained). You will need to be willing to learn and work in close collaboration with our Therapists, Consultants and Qualified Teachers.
