Job overview
We require an experienced and enthusiastic Behaviour and Inclusions Manager to join our pastoral team. The successful candidate will support disaffected students to access learning both in and outside the classroom. This will include developing and leading a range of specific support strategies & activities to re-engage underachieving students and monitor their achievement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with challenging students plus working with outside agencies and providers to re-engage students in their education.

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.
Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
