We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Behaviour Intervention Manager, to work with our students and ensure all boys aspire to aim high. The successful candidate will fully embrace our ethos and values, and have the skill and determination to motivate our more vulnerable and difficult to motivate students, removing barriers to learning and enabling them to make a success of their lives.
You will be a key individual in promoting a positive behaviour for learning culture, thus supporting all students to achieve their full academic potential. The successful applicant will play a vital role in providing the highest quality safeguarding, pastoral and behaviour support. You will also work closely with staff in school to identify children and families who may benefit from support, and work with those individuals to engage them with the school and the educational opportunities we offer. You will utilise the services available from external agencies, as well as internal support mechanisms to create cohesive support packages that help secure the best outcomes for our pupils.
