We are looking for a Behaviour for Learning Support worker who will work to re-engage underachieving students with the learning process. You will be part of our Behaviour Support team and will work with disaffected students, particularly in Years 7 – 11, to access learning both in and outside the formal classroom setting.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people, be passionate about education and will relish being part of our small and dedicated team.

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.
Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
