Job overview

The successful candidate will supervise our on-site, Out of Lesson Provision (OLP) for students who have been temporarily removed from lessons for disruptive behaviour and offering them a meaningful chance to address their behaviour to support their reintegration into lessons as quickly as possible. 

You will have high expectations of all pupils in your care  and you will also be expected to build good relationships with children, their parents, teachers and other stakeholders.
