Minimum Experience: 1 year

Role Overview:

As the Behaviour Intervention Lead Assistant, you will work closely with the Behaviour Manager and wider pastoral team to support students in managing their behaviour effectively. You will help implement intervention strategies, monitor progress, and contribute to creating a safe and respectful school culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in behaviour management or related roles within an educational setting

• Strong understanding of behaviour intervention techniques and strategies

• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and parents/carers

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations sensitively

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail when monitoring student progress

• Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures
