Behaviour Interventiona Assistant

We are currently seeking a Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our team as a School Support Officer. This role involves working closely with students across all education stages to support positive behaviour and create a safe, supportive learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working in a similar role within an educational setting or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Good understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting purposes
