Job overview
TLC is an independent day special school for children and young people with SEMH, ASD and associated learning and communication difficulties. It is part of Melrose Education limited.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Behaviour Lead who has experience of working with children & young people with SEND and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We apply emotional and trauma-informed practices and behaviour support, to enable our learners to be better prepared for learning, and develop self-regulation skills. We have a strong culture where safeguarding and pastoral care are prioritised.
Previous experience of SEND would be an advantage.
You will be working with learners who are enthusiastic and keen to learn and a dedicated and supportive staff team. This is a very unique school, and we would strongly encourage applicants to visit.
