We are seeking a reliable, dynamic, and responsible person to work as a behaviour manager. We are willing to consider job share applications. 

The role involves supporting and supervising students who have been temporarily removed from lessons and placed in the Internal Exclusion Centre, providing immediate support for behavioural incidents, and working with students to support a smooth reintegration into the learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs.
