The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will need excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.

We are part of the Inspiration Trust, the top comprehensive schools group for pupil progress to GCSE. Our 2014 Ofsted inspection judged the academy to be Good, with Outstanding leadership. Our Progress 8 results in 2017 at GCSE placed the Academy in the top 20% of schools nationally.

Our location close to the A11 makes us easy to reach from Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. The rich pine forests and heathland of the Brecks are close by to help you relax in your time off, with good connections both to London and to Norfolk’s fabulous beaches and Broads.
