Ysgol Bryn Alyn is looking for a reliable, dynamic, and responsible behaviour manager to support pupil behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
The role involves supporting and supervising pupils who have been temporarily removed from lessons in the School and placed in the behaviour unit, providing immediate support for behavioural incidents which take place and working with pupils, parents, and staff to support a smooth reintegration back into the learning environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will need excellent organisational and ICT skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.

About Ysgol Bryn Alyn
Situated in Gwersyllt, Wrexham, Ysgol Bryn Alyn is a community secondary day school for children between the ages of 11 and 16. It educates around 702 girls and boys at present. Students come from primarily seven local primary schools. This includes Gwersyllt Junior, Ysgol Heulfan, St. Mary’s, New Broughton, Brymbo, Tanyfron C.P., Black Lane C.P, Pentre Broughton and Brynteg C.P. School. Students are taught through the medium of English.
Over the past 10 years the site has been modernised with the building of a new Science block. September 2017 saw the opening of a brand new teaching and reception area in line with the 21st Century Schools programme.
