Are you an enthusiastic and positive individual with an understanding and empathetic nature? Redbridge Alternative Provision is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at our Key Stage 3/4 PRU in Ilford.

About Us:

Redbridge Alternative Provision provides an education for a range of KS3 & 4 students who have been, or are at risk of permanent exclusion from their mainstream school. We have a vacancy for a Behaviour Mentor. You will be working alongside teachers in supporting children with their learning and behaviour.

If you are resilient, calm, have a good sense of humour, can use your initiative and are able to withstand challenging behaviour, we would like to hear from you. We expect candidates to have a good standard of literacy.

Role Details:

• Position: Behaviour Mentor

• Salary: LBR 5 Scale Points 12 - 15 (£32,535 - £33,987 FTE)

• Hours: 36 hours a week (full time), 44.46 weeks per year

• Contract: Permanent

• Start date: ASAP
