We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Practitioner to join our team to support students within the Student Recovery Centre. The role will include supporting the delivery of programmes to recover behaviours, supervising the Recovery Centre and supporting reintegration back into lessons. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, empathetic, adaptable, resilient, well organised and will be able to build and maintain good rapport with students.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Working with the students within the Recovery Centre on support programmes

• To supervise students learning within the Recovery Centre

• To ensure the procedures of the Recovery Centre are adhered to and high standards maintained 

• Liaison with parents, carers, teaching and support staff and other agencies

• To progress the learning of students within the Recovery Centre by employing a range of strategies
