(with 1 x ½ hour unpaid break every day)
Swale Pay Scale: Band 4 Point 12 - 14 ( £17,754 - 18,611)
Pro rata salary (Point 12 - 14) £15,069.60 - £15,754.59 per annum
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to work as part of a team who can help develop our practice in an isolation room with mixed age range students. In addition they will be working with small groups of students on a regular basis to integrate them back into normal lessons by looking at behaviour coping strategies this will mean delivering and planning a specific programme of activities.
The Eastbourne Academy Ofsted report (January 2017) confirmed once again that we are a Good school. The Lead Inspector commented: “Pupils are immensely proud of their school and are keen to learn.” We have regularly won awards for national achievement and our rebuilding programme was completed in 2013 -14 so that you will be working in state of the art facilities. We operate a one to one iPad/Chromebook scheme for students and staff.
