The Inclusion Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EAL Assistant to join our hard working team. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and an ability to work cooperatively with staff and students. They will be expected to support students, aged 11-18 years of age, who experience a range of learning difficulties.
This is a fixed term position until 27th March 2026 and will be reviewed at the end of this period.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm, with unpaid breaks. All staff are invited to do paid break duties at the rate of £15 per duty (depending on availability).

Queensmead School is based in South Ruislip, Middlesex, and is a ‘Good’, oversubscribed 11-18 mixed comprehensive school where students achieve very highly and display ‘excellent behaviour’ (Ofsted). It currently has around 1,450 students.
