We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with young people to supervise the school’s isolation room, internal exclusions and to run lunchtime detentions. These are an integral part of the school’s behaviour management strategy. The role will require someone who possesses a can-do attitude and who is flexible and adaptive. Above all they must be relentless in finding ways to remove barriers to success for young people.
Responsible to: Assistant Principal i/c Behaviour
Hours of work: 15 hours per week, term time only. 3 hours per day Monday to Friday (1.15pm – 4.15pm)
Scale: Level 3 point 18-21 (depending on experience) Actual pro rata salary £6,918 - £7,710
