The Role
Corfe Hills School is looking for a Behaviour Support Manager to manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day organisation of the Academic Reintegration Centre (ARC) provision. This will involve days spent supervising students in the ARC in silence.
You will be motivated and enthusiastic with strong skills in managing behaviour. In this role you will be responsible for developing and organising programmes of support and work for students in the Academic Reintegration Centre as well as liaising with the Pastoral Team and teaching staff as appropriate.
Ensuring students complete the classwork required to enable successful reintegration into mainstream classes is a key part of this role. You will need to create and sustain a calm and orderly environment in the Academic Reintegration Centre at all times.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop current skills and gain greater experience in working with young people.
