Are you looking for a fresh challenge?

Would you like to join Foxfields in our exciting journey of expansion?

At Foxfields we have created a safe environment where students can feel comfortable, well supported and confident. Our children have respect for each other and the staff that support them. We expect all students to aim high and achieve well and for staff to be the ultimate best they can be.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, motivated and dynamic Behaviour Manager to join our team. You’ll support young peoples’ emotional needs and be on call for support and behaviour across school and in classes.

You’ll help transform the lives of young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) educating, inspiring, engaging and realising their potential.  You’ll have plans in place to see that all pupils – whatever their needs, have dignity and respect and leave the school feeling proud of what they’ve achieved and what they’re capable of.

As Behaviour Manager, you will be committed to fulfilling the potential of each and every pupil, no matter what their educational needs (including emotional and social difficulties, autistic spectrum conditions and speech and language communication difficulties), you will share the belief that all young people are capable of achieving great things. With a focus on attendance, behavioural, pastoral and welfare issues.

This post needs someone with lots of resilience, confidence and aware that we have some challenging behaviours.

Closing date for applications:  12 noon, Tuesday 14th December 2021

CIT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  This post is subject to references and an enhanced DBS disclosure check.
