Job overview
Longfield Academy are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Support Mentor to join our highly successful Academy. The role involves supporting all students in one of three Colleges, monitoring attendance, dealing with any behaviour issues that may arise and working with parents and other agencies to resolve situations successfully.
The successful candidate will form part of the College Leadership Team, helping to make strategic decisions for the benefit of all the College community. This role will involve a lot of close work with individual students and as such the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding issues.
