37 hours a week, permanent - Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4 pm, Friday 8 am – 3.30 pm - term time plus five inset days 

We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Mentor to work as part of a team supporting behaviour and inclusion in school and to provide individual support or activities for students in danger of becoming disaffected or disengaged.

The successful candidate will be passionate about mentoring and supporting students and have experience of working with young people with the ability to manage and motivate students whilst ensuring that the schools behaviour policy is adhered to.  

This is a new and exciting opportunity to complement our Pastoral team. If you have a can-do approach and a passion for raising the expectations and achievement of students, then you are encouraged to apply.
