We are looking for:
We are looking for a committed and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support Worker, supporting pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This role involves working closely with teaching staff to help pupils engage with learning, develop socially acceptable behaviours, and build positive relationships. You will provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom, contribute to behaviour and progress reports, and occasionally lead lessons using prepared materials. You will build trusting relationships, remain calm under pressure, and model positive behaviour at all times while playing an important part in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate resilience, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to pupil wellbeing and safeguarding, making this role a meaningful opportunity to positively influence the lives of children and young people.
