Biology Teacher

We are one of the top performing secondary alternative provisions locally in the South East London (Eltham) who recently had an Ofsted October 2017 and achieved "Good" we are a close team working with some challenging young people who want to achieve. You will need a sense of humour and a strong ability to manage young people's behavioural needs as well as differentiating work. We admit up to 40 students across the age range of 11-16 co-educated. Our young people are currently offered an enriched curriculum of 9 GCSE subjects.

We require a dynamic and well qualified biology teacher who is a confident and inspirational to join our dynamic to join our team. The person appointed must be able to teach Biology to KS3 and 4. Our school is fully inclusive and promotes excellence in learning, seeking to ensure that all students are the best that they can be; our dedicated staff are focused on quality and achievement whilst ensuring the happiness and well-being of our community.

Applications are welcome from NQT and QTS applicants and those willing to contribute to the wider life of our school. There are opportunities to promote out of class activities to ensure our young people find the subject both relevant and interesting.
