Applications are invited for the position of Boarding Assistant, to support our two boarding houses. This is an exciting opportunity to join our School boarding community as it embarks on a period of development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has some experience of working with children and young people with a full understanding of the social and personal needs of today’s teenagers. It is essential that the successful candidate is willing to play a full part in the life of the School, including our extensive extra-curricular programme.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a thriving boarding community in a high performing girls school. This role may be suitable for a graduate or for someone looking to develop a career in boarding and assist in the day to day running of a boarding house. We are committed to enable the individual to thrive in the school community and professionally develop in a supportive, friendly environment with excellent direction from the Senior Leadership Team. This is a residential role.
The role reports to the Heads of House and will be expected to work closely with the Pastoral and House teams.
