Applications are invited for the position of Resident Boarding Assistant, to support our two boarding houses. This is an exciting opportunity to join our School boarding community in a full time residential role. This is an opportunity for an individual to develop key skills which would give valuable ‘hands-on’ experience in order to pursue a career working with young people

The successful candidate will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina, good attention to detail, with a full understanding of the social and personal needs of today’s teenagers. It is essential that the successful candidate is willing to play a full part in the life of the whole School, including our extensive co-curricular programme.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a thriving boarding community in a high performing girls school. This role may be suitable for a graduate or for someone looking to develop a career in boarding and assist in the day to day running of a boarding house and the wider school setting. We are committed to enable the individual to thrive in the school community and professionally develop in a supportive, friendly environment with excellent direction from the Senior Leadership Team.

The role reports to the Houseparent and will be expected to work closely with the boarding house team.
