Bosworth Independent College is a leading independent boarding college for ages 13-19 based near Northampton Town Centre.  We have approximately 300 students, with 200 boarding with us currently.    


We are seeking a Non-Residential Boarding Training & Support Officer to ensure that our Evening and Weekend Boarding staff are supported, trained, reviewed, motivated and supervised effectively.   In turn, our students will feel safe and supported within their boarding environment.  You will work in the evening after 4.00 p.m. with some attendance at weekends, 38 weeks per year which will include at least one half-term and 6 weeks for Summer School.   


Previous experience of training and coaching others is essential, as is a pragmatic approach to problem solving.  You should also be able to work independently and to prioritise tasks.  Previous experience of working with young people is desirable, as is a training, assessing or coaching qualification.

Bosworth Independent School has a range of different subjects on the curriculum. This includes crafts, go karting, English and tennis. The school hopes to give the best education to all the students. Teachers give care and support to every pupil when they need it the most, throughout their time at the school.
